Thread for witcher pred discussion

Postby Miridium » Sat Feb 24, 2018 10:10 am

I posted a thread asking about underrated potential video game preds, and a good number of users said that witchers (from The Witcher franchise) would make excellent preds but are grossly underrepresented. Many said that Geralt in particular would be good.

So now is the opportunity to talk about them. How would they work? What kind of scenarios can you imagine them in? And what artistic works would fit them? Go right ahead and say what needs to be said about them.

Oh, now this something hadn't thought about before. But yeah. I think he would make a good pred. I prefer macro so I would be more into a shrunken scenario.

Triss or Yennifer would certainly make good prey; and the scenaroo would not even have to be fatal. Magic could be used for that ;)

Or another scenario could be getting toyed with by Geralt and one of those lovely ladies. Or maybe even all three at once.

Personnally I'd think that sorceresses would be better predators, as the magic could help them really much predding, and preys could be used as a source of magic to replenish their power ;) And as we know, those sorceresses like Triss or Yennefer uses magic to still have a young physical appareance :3

Thanks for making this thread by the way~ Hopefully it gets some traffic.

I wrote 2 stories on the subject that came out alright, I still adore the idea and have a few ideas bouncing around in my head that I hope to try out someday.

Witchers go through a lot of mutations, Geralt especially goes through a lot more so I don't think it's such a stretch that one could gobble up someone. Witchers are known to have control over their metabolism, as Geralt states in one quest, which may or may not include digestion control as well. That can go both ways, the original purpose is to break down potions that they drink at a faster rate so they get the effects sooner and stronger, but it may also go the other way around and slow, if not even stop the process.

On the lighter side of vore, this can allow witchers to keep prey safe in their guts. Scenarios of this I imagine could be protecting would-be victims from monsters without them getting in the way. Or with loved ones, a bonding thing, like with Geralt and Yen or Triss, especially Yen I think it'd be cute if she secretly liked being nestled in his belly when she's usually the one in charge. Slightly darker but still on the soft side, any singular annoying person that's in the way could be fixed by swallowing them up. Small humanoid monsters that are sentient could also be protected with this method.

On the darker side of things, it can give rapid digestion, possibly powerful enough to digest bones. For more aggressive witchers or just a very mad Geralt could use it as a form of threatening payment for a contract on threatening anyone for anything for that matter. It could also be a way to slay humanoid monsters though usually they want the trophy if it's a contract. I admit I don't have a very dark mind but I'm quite sure there's lots of possible darker scenarios.

Either way I'm sure witchers would want to keep it a secret, they get a pretty bad rap, they don't need to add eating people to the list if they can help it. So they'd probably digest whoever they devour or insure that who they're keeping safe inside won't tell anyone, either via niceness or a threat. The best part, for me personally anyway, is most witchers are male~ Masculine males too lol.

As for size, shrunken people might be best for realism but I've dabbled in letting Geralt nom small prey, mainly children to keep them safe and warm. They do call him the White Wolf and in most fantasy lands, wolves do like eating people lol.

Also on the subject of witcher schools, perhaps the Viper school could be especially good at it or even be able to swallow larger prey than the other schools. Some schools could teach to only use it for protection and not hurt anyone, while other schools might encourage more darker uses.

Edit: Sorry for the word wall, I thought about this a lot lol

Ahhh I forgot about Axii too~ I could see witchers using Axii to keep prey calm and such if they're freaking out, whether it's valid freaking out or not.

I would expand that to the entire Witcher franchise, not just the Witchers themselves. It's surprisingly rare to see any of the Sorceresses (or Ciri), in Vore, and even more rare to see them as preds. And the monsters? I don't think I've *ever* seen a single Witcher monster in Vore, despite the fact that it has some of the coolest monster designs ever, IMO. Some are sexy, some are horrifying, some are both. There are plenty of male AND female options, from Water Hags and Drowners, to Succubi and Sylvans.

I really have no idea why the Witcher has basically been overlooked by the Vore community. It's very popular in more general terms, and even in other sexual fetishes, just not in this one.

Witchers can use potions while mages and sorceresses can use spells. Both can alter the body like poison immunity or breathing underwater. The reasons for doing it could be anything from an easy way to keep an escort safe to something more kinky. On the fatal side, it would be a great way to dispose of a politician without any evidence of a body.

I would love to find an Rp with macro/micro as prey to Geralt.
